All our products have a guaranty two year. In case of a manufacturing defect within the two years guaranty we will always try to repair the product, or if necessary, replace or credit it.
We kindly ask you to send us a mail with the product name or number and a description of the defect, if necessary a picture as well.
We will contact you as quick as possible about the repair options. Or we will send you a new product or a credit-note.
For the replacement of zippers, hardware or frames after the two years guaranty, we will charge a small amount for the repair. We will inform you about the cost and repair time for your approval.
Leather is a natural product and not colourfast, fading of the colour is not within our guaranty. Please be careful by placing leather goods in direct sunlight.
Dirt, scratches and small marks in the leather can be treated with colourless leather polish.
